What a surprise to find outfits for Noelle and her Mei-Mei (little sister) at our local Salvation Army Thrift Store! We found three outfits for Noelle - modeled above, and three outfits for her sister. It is so awesome when God provides these extra-smiley kinds of days. It really helps the two year wait seem a bit shorter.
